Credit Solutions Associate

Job Summary/Company: Do you have experience handling payments, and sensitive information over the phone? Sparks has partnered with a leading property financial service provider in the Dallas - Fort Worth area that is looking for candidates with great Customer Service skills and has worked in a high volume call environment. In this role you will be making and receiving calls with requests from our financial lenders in regards to credit or customer service transactions. Your daily job duties will include performing credit verifications, employment verifications, and handling banking and tax return information using internal systems and processes. The results of these verifications will be entered into a corresponding system so we can immediately return this information to the requesting client. Job duties may include:
  • Perform verification of credit
  • Interpret credit report data
  • Make outbound calls updating the credit data
  • Take inbound calls from our customers
  • Process preliminary products Merge Plus Mortgage Only Knowledge & Skills
  • Basic data entry/typing skills
  • Verbal & written communication skills
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Ability to multi-task
  • General knowledge of company products and services
  • Proficient MS Office skills
  • General PC skills
  • Ability to work in a face paced environment

Office Conditions: Secure office environment. Personnel workstations work areas desks and offices shall be clear of all personal electronic devices and/or items that might be used to carry/transmit information. Items prohibited include but are not limited to: Purses backpacks briefcases etc. Cameras cellular phones mobile computing devices with recording or storage capabilities and similar items. Staff assigned to the Operations area will be provided a locker. All personal items such as those listed above must be kept by employees in their locker. The items may only be used in the lunchroom or outside the Operations area.
