The Opportunity: The SVP Clinical Operations & amp; Population Health will provide strategic leadership as the executive responsible for system wide nursing and other designated patient care functions and services. This position is responsible for the standardization, development and integration of nursing/patient care strategic and operation plans with Broward Health's system wide strategic and operational plans. Key to this role, SVP, Clinical Operations and Population Health will ensure appropriate translation of high quality patient care into daily practice throughout the healthcare system. Additionally, the position will be responsible for identifying system wide nursing quality indicators and conducting analysis of benchmark quality to determine the overall level of nursing's clinical performance and applicable responsive strategies. Furthermore, this individual will develop and integrate a Population Health strategy and focus for system wide practice. The SVP, Clinical Operations and Population Health must Support adherence to BH's compliance and ethics program, policies, procedures and Code of Conduct. This position reports to the EVP, Chief Administrative Officer. Qualifications: * Master's degree and seven (7) or more years of related experience is required* Active and unencumbered RN license in the State of Florida.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Key Responsibilities:* Serve as a clinical leader partnering with other administrative leaders to meet the needs of the community population with medical, behavioral and social complexities, enhancing the alignment between the delivery system and community outreach initiatives. * Conceptualize, design and implement programs integrating complex care, long-term services and supports, case management/disease management, care transitions and care coordination consistent with both contractual requirements and the needs of customer (internal and external). * Provide clinical oversight and direction to care management teams and program leaders in collaboration with physician leaders* Monitors and manages trends in order to implement process improvement strategies focused on efficiencies, effectiveness, productivity and outcomes. Personal Characteristics and Attributes:* Strong understanding of data analytics, healthcare, population health, medical delivery and medical management; robust understanding of industry trends and best practices, as well as a deep understanding of compliance/regulatory requirements* Demonstrated ability to successfully plan, organize and manage programs and projects with proven track record of effective collaboration and strong leadership and people leadership competencies* Ability to understand and synthesize data as it translates to care management related to programmatic implications; strategic thinker who values data and is able to draw the best conclusions and shape the best path forward* Strong and demonstrated experience with leading with best practices and proven methodologies for process improvement, scalability and automation to support long-term growth objectives* Capacity for solving complex, multi-faceted problems with simple, sophisticated and innovative solutions* Ability to meet challenges with a positive tone and an eye for solutions* Strong attention to detail with an ability to juggle multiple priories at once* Exceptional communicator in both written and verbal interactions; clear and concise to all audiences; ability to interact with all levels of the organization as well as with external contacts* Role model and adhere to Broward Health's Five Star Values, compliance and ethics program, policies, procedures and Code of Conduct
