Position: Senior Software Engineer - ILSC

Summary: The Senior Software Engineer-ILSC will provide software engineer and development project management services for mission specific applications and websites.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Formulate and define system scopes and objectives through research and fact finding with customer representatives and project managers.

Responsible for software development life cycle from planning to implementation, to testing and documenting, to deployment and maintenance.

Design, code and deploy Automated Personnel Clothing Requests (APCR) system.

Interface with customer personnel to identify, define and prioritize enhancements to APCR.

Design, code and deploy enhancements to APCR.

Monitor APCR application performance and perform application changes to optimize performance.

Support APCR deployments in both CONUS and OCONUS environments.

Create and update APRC training videos.

Create and update APRC documentation.

Provide APRC application support and train/assist mission support analysts in supporting the application.

Provide APRC data management and user directory support.

Design, code and deploy other mission specific applications and web sites, as required.

Follow all NEC policies, procedures and regulations.

Maintain currency on technology and service capabilities.

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in related field; 5+ years of experience, or a combination of experience and training may be used in lieu of a degree with 7 years of direct relevant experience.

Experience with web 2.0 practices and tools.

Experience with server-side and client-side JavaScript, Dojo framework, JavaBeans, AJAX, CSS, and HTML.

Experience with LotusScript and IBM Domino/Notes design elements.

Desired experience with software development project management.

Desired experience with developing training materials and videos.

IBM Domino certification required.

Must have NACI with Tier 1 investigation

Secret clearance
