Venturi, LLC is currently seeking talented individuals to add to our Talent Network.

Summary: Coordinate the development, sustainment, and integration of software for the Missile Defense Agency THAAD Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and staff software specifications, estimates, and statements of work to implement THAAD weapon system software
  
• Identify, address, and provide of status software risks
  
• Establish test requirements and validation procedures to measure software performance, security, safety, quality, and reliability
  
• Lead and support system and software technical reviews
  
• Plan, define, evaluate, and monitor software contract execution
  
• Perform analysis of system requirements to establish software requirements and identify and perform hardware/software trade-offs
  
• Prepare conceptual designs of computer systems through analysis of computer/interface hardware and software and network architectures for a total system design
  
• Provide software expertise to support training and sustainment activities
  
• Prepare and present briefings to MDA and program leadership
  
• Review and/or process Foreign Disclosure actions
  
• Support USG and FMS THAAD program alignment
  
• Support USG and FMS THAAD weapon system interoperability
  

Minimum qualifications:

• Education and experience (or equivalent combination): Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or Related Science degree) and 5+ years of related professional experience
  
• Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with THAAD Project Office, the prime contractor and FMS customers
  
• Familiarity with MDA software processes and acquisition management procedures
  
• Experience with data entry, data manipulation and reports development
  
• Active Secret Clearance
  
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office package to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project
  
• Working knowledge of the THAAD system configuration and functionality desired
  
• Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
