Description: Inbound/Outbound calls and large volume of inbound emails assisting our clients (mortgage lenders) with questions regarding order submissions, orders placed On Hold by Ops Team, and any production-related items as it pertains to the procurement of condominium documents from Associations/Management Companies to be used by Condo Project Underwriters. Interacts with internal and external sources, along with staff and management in an effective and supportive manner to maintain a positive working relationship, promoting teamwork and a strong customer service experience. Will need to develop a thorough knowledge of departmental functions, procedures, and resources in order to provide accurate information to clients.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Create and foster a great client service experience.
  • Interfaces with clients to resolve related customer service calls/queries/problems.
  • Verifies contacts and account information.
  • Examines client problems and implements appropriate corrective action to respond to clients' requests.
  • Escalates queries/requests for action as appropriate to Supervisor/Manager and/or research for immediate action.
  • Maintains and creates logs, reports, records and files.
  • Investigates, analyzes, coordinates and tracks complex client issues and problems. Makes proactive efforts to determine client orders requiring close attention, identifies problems and works through to resolution.
  • May interface with other client service representatives to answer questions on process or specialized situations.

Once trained on system, ideal candidate would be comfortable giving client demos of the application and proving new client user trainings. Attend and/or Lead client weekly, monthly or quarterly calls (as defined jointly with client and their needs).

Education: HS Diploma/GED Required

Experience: 1-2-year experience working in office environment, computer experience, multi-tasking abilities, fast learner. Previous client services work required. Candidates must have mortgage experience, preferably as Mortgage Processor, Jr. Underwriter or Mortgage Consultant.

Working Conditions: IN OFFICE WORK. Looking for individuals that are comfortable sitting for long periods of time and comfortable wearing a headset for the entire shift. Candidates must be able to work in a STRUCTURED, fast paced environment. Candidates must also be comfortable working with a computer and typing. Candidates must be able to type 35 wpm.
