We are looking for a Director-level Sales executive to lead our sales organization with a focus on building the Zeus Performance client portfolio (publishers). The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting a sales strategy and leading a team focused on sales, marketing and pre-sale client engagement. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head to head opportunities.

  • Own all plans and strategies for developing the Zeus Performance business and achieving the company's sales goals
  • Hold meetings with customer's senior stakeholders to align them in understanding the value of the Zeus Performance product and partnership
  • Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for executive leadership, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
  • Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reachout, onboarding, activation, and expansion
  • Evangelize the product and personally help close deals. Be the public facing figure for Zeus Performance in market.
  • Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing to drive our product strategy and influence the product roadmap
  • Work with marketing to instruct on the necessary sales collateral, marketing collateral and other investments needed from a public relations perspective
  • Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the Zeus Performance product and participating products in order to serve as the company liaison with customers, sales and prospects
  • Direct and deliver on webinars and other activities to drive market interest and Zeus Performance adoption
