Senior Cyber System Administrator

Summary:The Senior Cyber System Administrator will provide primary and backup server system administration and information assurance support. This role is the primary web server administrator responsible for all web and content management across Natick's public and internal sites. The position is also one of the Organization Administrators (OA) responsible for site level Active Directory management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide systems administration support for Windows operating systems and applications.

Install, configure, maintain and provide troubleshoot support for all operating systems, applications and hardware assigned.

Organizational Administrator (OA) providing domain services support and administration for DHCP and Print services.

Maintain system compliance by ensuring all approved IAVAs, SPs, and patches are installed and configured. This includes maintaining Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) compliance and reporting.

Perform systems backups and recovery procedures. Document all system requirements associated with Disaster Recovery in the systems support documentation.

Create and update related server/application documentation including; Trusted Recovery Documentation (TRD), Method of Procedures (MOP), user guides and other related training material.

Work with the customer to help track annual maintenance support of systems, hardware, and software.

Build, manage and configure Windows IIS web servers, including content management and application support and administration (e.g., SharePoint)

Provide Enterprise DHCP and Print Service support.

Account manager and administrator for Entrust Certificate Authority. Responsible for the creation of all ECA certificates used on Natick domain public facing websites.

Trusted Agent Security Manager (TASM) for the DoD PKI program. Work with the DoD Registration Authority to oversee, create, request, receive and issue PKI certificates generated for Natick servers, workstations, devices, printers and applications. The TASM will also support PKI in respect to Active Directory and Enterprise Email. Responsible for the CAC Pin Reset (CPR) workstation, and the appointment and training of other Trusted Agents.

Serves as the 93rdContent Manager.

Interface with appropriate outside organizations as required and appropriate (e.g., ARCYBER, 93rdSignal, NETCOM, etc.)

Manage Active Directory resources including, but not limited to, user accounts, security and distribution groups, and group policy objects (GPOs).

Follow all NEC policies, procedures, applicable regulations, and Functional Area processes.

Maintain currency in technology and service offerings.

Minimum Qualifications:

BS in related field; 6 years directly relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of education; combined total of 12 years for education and experience

Desired OS/Application Experience: Windows Server 2012/216, IIS 8, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), SharePoint, Active Directory Utilities (ADUC, LDP, GPMC, etc.)

Desired Certifications: MCSA

Possess Baseline and Full Computing Environment Certifications for IAT-II IAW DoD 8570.01-M and BBP 05-PR-M-0002.

Windows Server certification preferred.

Must have SSBI with Tier 5 investigation
