Venturi, LLC, is seeking a full time Program Manager for facility operations and maintenance services for a U.S. Government customer at multiple buildings located at the Bannock County, Idaho site. The Government requires the support services to augment the technical and administrative staff of the site. The entire site consists of nine buildings totaling approximately 266,000 usable square feet (sf), which is comprised of general offices, data centers (DCs), visitor screening facility (VSF), a mail screening facility (MSF), and grounds of the approximate 17 acre site. The Tier III Data Center is in operation 365 days per year (366 in a leap year), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, regardless of weather conditions or other events that would usually close local businesses or schools. The core working hours on site are 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time, Monday (M) - Friday (F) with coverage for all shifts and weekends to support the 24 x 7 x 365 requirements. All personnel are considered emergency essential as the operations of the Data Center must be maintained at all times.Work under this contract includes the performance of PdM, PM, CM, Service Requests (SR) for all buildings, systems and equipment, and grounds year round. Grounds maintenance includes, but not limited to, asphalt and concrete maintenance and repair, landscaping maintenance and repair (including sprinkling/irrigation systems), and snow removal. Grounds maintenance is of great importance to the safety and utility of all facilities in the portfolio. The Contractor's Program Manager (CPM) shall haveoverall supervisory, programmatic and contractual control over all Contractor personnel. The CPM shall have a Top Secret clearance, possess at least a level I project management certification with fifteen years past experience in facility management. The CPM is expected to handle all associated performance standards to include cost and quality control implementation and standardization of services provided. The CPM is the central point of contact between the government customer and the contractor. The CPM may be assigned other managerial duties as deemed necessary by the government. The CPM shall be full time, possess a Top Secret Clearance, and be certified according to the Program Management Institute or equalivent institution. The CPM will access the facility recurrently and must access government networks to carry out the responsible under the Performance Work Statement. The CPM will utilize skills and expertise to direct all phases of programs from inception through completion. The CPM will be responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of all programs. The CPM will coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, budgets, and financial terms and conditions of contracts, act as the primary contact for program activities, and lead program review sessions to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as point of contact for government customer with overall responsibility for customer relationships and programs.
  • Overall supervisory, programmatic, and contractual control over all contractor personnel to include managing funds and resources.
  • Formulate and enforce work standards.
  • Handle all associated performance standards to include cost and quality control implementation, and standardization of services.
  • Develop presentations and information papers; research, analyze, and compile data into information, decisional, and instructional briefings; and develop metrics to track level of effort and progress in preparation for senior level reviews and updates.
  • May be required to provide daily supervision and employee recruiting, development, and retention in compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
  • Prepare and review monthly and yearly reports to assist in program management.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but Associate's degree is acceptable.
  • PMP certification with fifteen years of program management experience in the facilities management industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and the understanding of the importance of customer working relationships and fostering a team environment.
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time, or as needed based on program needs.
  • US Government Top Secret Security Clearance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Expansive knowledge of facilities management principles, concepts, policies, and regulations.
  • Working knowledge of contractual processes, procedures, and technical requirements as it applies to facilities management.
  • Expert ability to meet and deal with customers using a high degree of tact and diplomacy.
  • Ability to manage and supervise a large work force.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing, to include writing and preparing memorandums, letters, briefings, and other official correspondence.
  • Expansive knowledge, skill, and ability in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint), as well as other applications as necessary.
