Have you worked in the mortgage industry making inbound/outbound calls? Sparks is working with the leader in data analytics in Irving, Texas and are looking for someone who is comfortable assisting our clients (mortgage lenders and servicers) with questions regarding file submissions, order status requests, and production-related items as it pertains to the research and/or recording of mortgage documents (lien releases, assignments of mortgage, request for notice, etc.) at the county level. Interacts with internal and external sources, along with staff and management in an effective and supportive manner to maintain a positive working relationship, promoting teamwork and a strong customer service experience. Will need to develop a thorough knowledge of departmental functions, procedures, and resources in order to provide accurate information to clients. Primary Responsibilities: Create and foster a great client service experience. Interfaces with clients to resolve related customer service calls/queries/problems. Verifies contacts and account information. Examines client problems and implements appropriate corrective action to respond to clients' requests. Escalates queries/requests for action as appropriate to Supervisor/Manager and/or research for immediate action. Maintains and creates logs, reports, records and files. Investigates, analyzes, coordinates and tracks complex client issues and problems. Makes proactive efforts to determine client accounts requiring close attention, identifies problems and works through to resolution. May interface with other client service representatives to answer questions on process or specialized situations.

Once trained on system, ideal candidate would be comfortable giving client demos of the application.

Education: HS Diploma/GED Required

Experience: 1-2-year experience working in office environment, computer experience, multi-tasking abilities, fast learner. Previous call center experience or client services work required.

Working Conditions: Looking for individuals that are comfortable sitting for long periods of time and comfortable wearing a headset for the entire shift. Candidates must be able to work in a STRUCTURED, fast paced environment. Candidates must also be comfortable working with a computer and typing. Candidates must be able to type 35 wpm.
