Diversity and Inclusion Manager

Job Summary/Company: Our client, a global law practice, is seeking an innovative and strategic Diversity and Inclusion Manager to join its team. If you have experience in fostering robust cultures of inclusion and managing comprehensive projects, please apply.

This position is located in Atlanta, GA.


  • Researches and advises on diversity and inclusion issues and creates programs, training and values initiatives.
  • Manages the diversity and inclusion content on the intranet and external website.
  • Manages and compiles information for client pitches and requests for proposals.
  • Identifies external trends and recognizes best practices to increase diversity among the workforce.
  • Manages the collection of data for internal and external surveys.
  • Creates statistical reports assessing key diversity metrics.
  • Manages and coordinates the logistics for diversity-related sponsorships and events.
  • Represents the Firm at various internal and external functions.
  • Conducts research as needed to meet departmental goals.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous experience managing diversity and inclusion initiatives required.
  • Two plus years of experience in a law firm required. Previous relationship management experience is required.
  • Strong project management, organizational, writing and presentation skills.
