Sales Coordinator

What's Happening In Greater Louisville WHiGL is actively seeking a Sales Coordinator to work in Louisville, KY. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service or inside sales. This position will be responsible for assisting in the fulfillment of advertising sales for What's Happening In Greater Louisville. The ideal candidate will assist the Sales Representatives with executing creative advertising solutions.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Research, Prospect and establish leads.
  • Prepare comprehensive presentation proposals
  • Assist in updating the website and social media outlets
  • General day to day office duties, mail, office supplies, etc
  • Work closely with advertisers s to fulfill contractual commitments

 
Qualifications/Skills:
  • Proficient writing skills
  • Strong communication skills in person, on the phone, and via email
  • Self-motivated team player used to going above and beyond expectations
  • Detailed oriented and organized
  • Computer efficiency: Word, Power Point, Excel and Photoshop

Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • Prior sales experience would be helpful
  • Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated while also team oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Photoshop and Powerpoint
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast paced environment with company evolution
  • This is a part time position that may lead to a full time position.
