Job Description

The Lead Generation / Marketing Manager will lead all aspects of top-line revenue growth via marketing lead sources for one of the fastest growing content and asset management companies. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in a demand generation role, setting and executing marketing demand generation strategies and the ability to deliver results in an environment requiring influence and leadership of resources that do not directly report to the individual. He/she will take full ownership of the issues and have a continuous-improvement and metrics-driven mindset. This position is responsible for:
  • Develop, build and manage marketing demand generation that fuels both short-term and sustainable long-term growth via closed loop lead generation process
  • Achieve targets (volume and quality) and daily execution that align with those of countries' sales teams
  • Brainstorming ideas to get exposure, generate leads, and grow business opportunity
  • Leading execution on content social media, pay-per-click, design, email, and video to produce effective campaigns
  • Overseeing lead lifecycle from start to finish, with an emphasis on generating qualified leads that turn into prospects
  • Collaborating with the sales team on feedback, process, and distribution
  • Guiding technical execution on rules of engagement in lead distribution and follow-up processes for our sales team
  • Writing video scripts and overseeing the production of videos for our YouTube channel and social media accounts
  • Optimizing our website pages and blog posts for search engine optimization
  • Continuously testing and improving conversion rates through A/B testing
  • Staying on top of the latest trends and opportunities for us to test and learn from

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in lead generation and marketing
  • At least 3 years of experience developing leads and/or marketing a SaaS product
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation using Salesforce
  • Track record of developing and implementing marketing demand generation strategies that have met or exceeded objectives
  • Record of supporting new technologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across cultures and staff to create a results-driven team-oriented environment
  • Ability to conduct research and analysis of market, competitor and customer data, and utilize the data to drive short- and long-term tactics and strategy
  • Experience working with an automated marketing platform and/or with digital marketing automation

  • University degree in Business or Marketing preferred with other disciplines acceptable, in combination with strong track record in marketing and sales operations
