Job Summary/Company:
Sparks Group has partnered with an organization who supports large financial institutions. They are looking for a Valuation Quality Associate to join their team. This individual will perform non-licensed reviews on various appraisal and broker report products while ensuring consistent report compliance with respect to common report quality issues. The Valuation Quality Associate will validate compliance with common quality items that are unique to the product type or other transaction attributes of the specific order. The Associate is responsible for daily production goals and standards to meet or exceed our client's expectations. Assist the Team Lead and/or Supervisor when volumes increase, or absences occur. Ensure adherence to the turnaround and quality requirements as established for all products reviewed. May provide training and support of new staff. An Appraiser or real estate license is not required. This is in Irving, Texas, and the pay for this role is $16/hour.



Responsibilities:
  • Perform pre-delivery reviews on various reports and properly document review findings to ensure compliance.
  • Responsible for completing daily production and standards.
  • Responsible for working in a team environment to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Work with all Operational entities to promote positive team attitude and environment.
  • Assist other teams as directed by Supervisor or Team Lead.
  • Continue to look for ways to improve current process with enhancements and ideas.
  • Effectively communicate with valuation providers both verbally and written regarding required revisions requests and/or issue resolution.
  • Ability to identify escalated files and follow the proper escalation process.
  • Provide training and support for newly hired permanent and temporary employees.
  • Cross-Train on other duties when directed by the Supervisor or Team Lead.
  • Perform troubleshooting via phone or email on report delivery issues.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Effective Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Word and Excel.
  • Experience in reviewing appraisals and/or Broker Price Opinions.
