The Supply Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and maintenance of assigned supply areas. Manages the requisitioning of special order goods and maintaining patient supply charges. When authorized, helps coordinate the purchase of minor equipment, furniture, and capital.

Qualified candidates will possess:
• High school diploma
• 2+ years of related experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Computer proficiency required

Job Duties:
• Assist with non-stock and special-order items
• Assist with coordinating equipment purchases and repairs
• Create and submit Capital Request forms
• Serve as the training resource for Supply Chain (Workday)
• Manage Receiving and distribution of supply orders
• Work with management on any issues
• Work closely with nursing managers and assist with sourcing supplies
• Communicate any issues or problems with the necessary departments
• Manage back orders and subs
