The Admin / Accounting Support position is responsible for processing work work

orders, AP and AR processing, entering payroll and generation of multiple daily,

weekly and monthly reports.

Essential duties:

AR and AP processing and Reporting
Aging and counting support
Updating and Reporting in Quickbooks
Receiving and processing inbound email requests
Closing out completed work orders verifying all costs, changes and

processing for final billing
Timely communication and responses to our customers
Supporting Senior Management in various support needs
Payroll entry and processing
Report generation

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED required
Ability to solve problems
Ability to Multi-task
Strong Customer Service abilities and a positive attitude
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
General office knowledge and use of basic office equipment and computers:
Quickbooks, word, excel, email, etc
Any previous Dispatch or similar work experience is a plus
