Position Overview
The Marketing & Communications Division of the Single-Family Sales and Relationship Management organization is seeking a foreword-thinking Manager, Digital Campaign Strategy to join the growing Digital Marketing team in New York, NY or McLean, VA. This position plays a crucial role in implementing and optimizing digital marketing strategies for the existing site and future extensions. The ideal candidate is ready to face technical challenges with creativity and thoughtful collaboration with internal teams to provide a high-quality user experience.
The ideal candidate for this position must have a strong passion for digital, and understand how businesses, brands and customers interact, with knowledge of the rapidly evolving role that data and technology play in this relationship. A strong understanding of CRM is required, combined with demonstrated experience in planning, developing and managing omni-channel campaigns that generate measurable ROI. Deep, demonstrable experience in successfully creating campaigns for both B2C and B2B environments is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
*Act as a digital subject matter expert. Digital is constantly changing - to stay at the top of our game, needs to continually monitor current digital trends, new technology solutions, and competitive strategies - and then translate them into new marketing ideas for clients.
*Develop trusted, long-term relationships with key client contacts, executives and internal Merkle teams.
*Lead the build, development, and delivery of strategic/ complex omni-channel, and CRM plans
*Ensure meaningful client value is delivered through a strong mix of best-practice solutions, skills, capabilities, and original thinking.
*Collaborate and develop relationships with internal Merkle teams (account management, operations, creative, analytics etc.), and client partner agencies to understand the feasibility of cross-channel recommendations/ plans.
*Ability to leverage marketing technology/ CRM platforms such as Adobe/ Eloqua/ SFDC, and research tools for strategic planning and generating customer insights.
*Drive business opportunities and sales revenue through nurture programs, account based marketing and sales enablement.

Basic Requirements
*Bachelor's Degree in marketing. MBA preferred with a focus on marketing or quantitative analytical fields.
*7+ years digital marketing experience, with 3+ years of managerial experience.
*Experience with integrated CRM and marketing technology such as Sales Force, Microstrategy, and Eloqua and the ability to query data between systems and measure the impact across multiple systems, touchpoints and outputs.
*Experience in marketing strategy and familiarity with email marketing, web behavior, analyzing the customer journey
*Must have the ability to work within site analytic platforms and business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics, IBM Watson Customer Experience and Digital Analytics, Tableau and data visualization tools, Hootsuite and others.
*Ability effectively present reports to management for use in decision making and strategic planning.
*Ability to form conclusions from ongoing marketing initiatives, as well as recommend additional engagement opportunities from data analysis is critical.
*Strong communication/problem-resolution skills.

Preferred Skills
*Experience in the primary or secondary mortgage market.
*Understanding and appreciation of current and emerging issues in the mortgage and real estate industries.
*Work towards an advanced degree or MBA.
*PMP or any other project management certifications.
