Customer Support Representative

Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a fast growing energetic tech company who is seeking Customer Service Representatives for Direct Hire opportunities in Tampa. You will be responsible for assisting in providing excellent service and support to their customers. 2-4 weeks of paid training is provided to ensure success in your role. *Position is onsite *Must be authorized to work in the US

Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely, accurate and efficient service to our customers via virtual platforms, email and live chat
  • Verify and validate the authenticity of member identification
  • Follow closely the verification process
  • Work with customers on account issues and product troubleshooting to provide a working solution
  • Ensure proper documentation and company protocols are followed
Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 6 + months in customer service-based role (specifically call center is not a requirement)
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills; including proficiency with internet and search engines, operating systems, and browsers; effective manipulation of multiple screens simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; both spoken and written
  • Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
  • Flexibility and reliability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
  • Excellent attention to detail, spelling, and multi-tasking abilities
