Mid-Senior Recruiter

Job Summary:Sparks Group has partnered with a large Information Technology Consulting Firm looking for a Mid-Sr. Recruiter! This individual MUST be located in the Midwest or South Central Regions of the US. US Citizenship is required. We are looking for someone that can take initiative, has a sense of urgency, interest in being an individual contributor on the team, can problem solve, has solid consulting skills to interact with hiring teams, candidates, TA team, and is comfortable to a consistently high-volume fast-paced recruiting process.

Job Description:

Perform full life cycle recruiting, including requisition management, candidate sourcing, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and coordinating hires. Manage stakeholder expectations with clear and responsive oral and written communication. Leverage industry knowledge to execute innovative recruiting and sourcing activities. Leverage Workday to report and track recruiting efforts.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience with full life cycle recruiting, including
  • 2+ sourcing and assessing high demand candidates
  • Experience with use of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws and OFCCP and EEO compliance
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with recruiting and assessing candidates for placement in a large and complex corporate environment
  • Ability to provide consistent and high quality service across multiple business units
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels within an organization
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:
  • Experience with using Workday ATS or Avature highly preferred
  • Experience with recruiting cleared candidates
  • Experience with working in a DoD environment
  • Ability to produce expected results in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment to decide on the appropriate priorities and procedures to follow
  • Possession of excellent client service delivery skills
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
