Recruitment Coordinator

Job Summary/Company: Our client, a distinguished international law firm, is looking for a diligent and collaborative Recruitment Coordinator join its growing organization. This person will support a dynamic team in coordinating recruitment functions in addition to supporting training and new hire orientation.

Vaccination against COVID-19 is required for this position.
  • Provides recruiting assistance, including scheduling, references and job postings.
  • Provides onboarding support for scheduling and other administrative needs.
  • Assists with employee recognition events and awards.
  • Assists in the onboarding/orientation and offboarding/exit processes.
  • Participates in creating departmental communications (announcements, newsletters, updates, etc.).
  • Supports ad hoc Human Resources projects.
  • Additional Human Resources-related duties, as assigned.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or related field from an accredited college or university is preferred, or equivalent combination of an Associate's degree and Human Resources experience.
  • Two to four years of experience working in a Human Resources Department within a similarly sized, multi-office legal or professional services organization.
  • Preferred certifications include: Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite with proficiency in Outlook are required. Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access and PowerPoint programs. Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are required.
