Member Services Representative

Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group has partnered with a local credit union and is looking for a few friendly and engaging Member Services Representative. You'd be joining a team that welcomes new members like a part of the family. If you have knowledge in the banking and or credit union industries and are passionate about customer/member service, apply today!

Responsibilities:
  • Assist members with a wide array of banking inquiries and needs.
  • Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Listen to customer requests to understand issues and best resolve problems.
  • Operate multi-line telephone system and transfer to appropriate party.
  • Maintain knowledge of programs and technology offered by the credit union.

Qualifications/Background profile:
  • Strong administrative skills
  • At least 2 years' experience in a call center or customer service representative placement.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of the banking/credit union industries, specifically as a teller.
