Responsibilities:
  • Drive B2B global digital marketing strategy and translate value statements to positively impact customer decisions
  • Collaborate with a digital team comprised of web, strategy, analytics, social, and development specialists and other marketing team members to support digital promotional efforts that deliver compelling content to key markets
  • Manage multiple campaign strategies across channels simultaneously and continually evaluate campaign effectiveness and offer optimization recommendations based on data-driven evaluations
  • Identify digital campaign goals and KPIs, track conversion rates and other results, and analyze metrics
  • Execute on both commercial critical success factors and a deep understanding of customer acquisition and conversion in both a sales and marketing context
  • Implement a performance tracking framework and use results to surface critical insights and optimization recommendations
  • Define performance metrics that align with the company and departmental goals, analyze performance, synthesize data, and make clear recommendations to marketing and non-marketing audiences

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.)
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in B2B digital marketing with fluency across all digital disciplines, including marketing automation, email marketing, analytics, content management, social media, and paid search
  • Communication effectiveness with both technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Experience in international digital marketing is a plus
  • Experience bridging business and technical requirements and communicating effectively to stakeholders in an array of contexts
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficient knowledge in digital marketing software and tools such as, but not limited to: CRM (Dynamics 365 preferred), marketing automation (Marketo preferred), data visualization/reporting (Power BI preferred), Google Analytics, and third-party ad server technology
  • Familiarity with HTML5
