Job Summary

An Account Executive is responsible for facilitating financing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. This is a B2B sales role where you will be consulting with business owners on a daily basis to help them access working capital solutions.

Life of an Account Executive

Work with our training team to develop your sales and account management skills.

Conduct sales needs analysis, qualify new and prospective clients, gather information about their financial situation and needs, and prepare them to speak with Business Advisors or Industry Partners.

Evaluate financial needs and products then applying the sales skills, technology, and business expertise lead clients to the right financial solution with certainty.

Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

Responsible for achieving a monthly unit quota in data, phone, and video sales.

Maintains sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information.

Work in conjunction with other business services support groups, including sales support and marketing personnel.

Attends all sales meetings and training sessions as required by leadership.

About You

We provide Rapid Finance provides industry leading training, were looking for candidates who are driven by goals and have a high level of accountability.

The desire to work hard. Our business advisors may work 50+ hours per week, which can include some weekends.

Come as you are. We consider candidates with various work backgrounds and experiences. No lending or financial services experience necessary!

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and strong work ethic.

Account Executive Qualifications/Skills:
  • Working knowledge of particular sales industry
  • Networking and negotiation skills
  • Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required effort and production goals
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge
  • Ability to work in a team environment
