Industrial Marketing Strategist

Intralox, L.L.C. has an opening for a B2B Marketing Strategist who will lead the strategy and execution of a wide range of global marketing initiatives related to the promotion of our products and services to Large Global Accounts in our Industrial Business Unit.

Large Global Accounts are this role's focus and involve personalizing the contact strategy and campaigns throughout the purchase journey from awareness through impacting the close rate. Whether stakeholders within those accounts are researching on the web, talking to sales, attending an event, or viewing an ad, they see relevant and consistent messaging wherever they are in the purchase journey.

The Industrial Marketing Strategist must be a highly experienced member within the Strategist team with a key specialization in Account Based Marketing that the wider team, business and customers benefit from.

This role requires teamwork with our in-house Marketing Division to bring our products and services to life through coordinating marketing initiatives across a variety of channels to contribute to sales growth.

  • Work directly with our Industrial marketing team and commercial team to develop the right strategies and tactics for effective B2B targeted marketing campaigns and programs. Develop an in-depth understanding of their business, objectives, products, market, competitors, challenges and opportunities to deliver conveyance solutions.
  • ABM strategy development that meets commercial teams goals and objective
  • Develop and implement target account marketing strategies to support account-based selling
  • Work with commercial team to identify gaps in key personas and contact information within strategic accounts; develop data and insight strategy to add key personas and contacts within accounts
  • Content marketing strategy - collaborate with the Digital Team to recommend the best content formats and themes, informed by audience insights, data analysis and best practice, to define personas, engage audiences and move prospects through the funnel.
  • Contact strategy - work together with Global Account Team Leader to map our customer journeys to understand the touchpoints, contact channels and content requirements.
  • Align with creative strategy - Work closely with our in-house creative team to ensure the content, contact and creative strategies connect seamlessly.
  • Prepare and present - Document marketing communication strategies into concise plans and present them with clarity, confidence and authority as a subject matter expert.
  • Pioneer new thinking - Pro-active thinking and thought-leadership to stay ahead of trends, best practice, methodologies, channels, media and technologies, to help us achieve our goals
  • Develop and execute high impact launch marketing communication strategies for new products and services
  • Work with the commercial team to define KPIs, determine measurements of success then report on ROI of tactical initiatives
  • Create and distribute meaningful marketing updates to the Industrial Business Unit
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-tech B2B demand generation, ABM, or field marketing role working with Large Global Accounts - Please include an example of an Account-Based Marketing Campaign you have built
  • A firm understanding of Account Based Marketing strategy best practices and planning principles, with experience of applying established strategic models, tools, and approaches.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.)
  • A natural problem solver with a business mindset and the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • The ability to quickly assimilate complex information from multiple sources, identify key insights and transform it in to an exciting, convincing, and robust strategic vision, validating your recommendations with data analysis and research.
  • An inquiring mind and an innate curiosity to find out and absorb information about unfamiliar topics, products, or markets to quickly become a subject matter expert.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills combined with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse internal and external stakeholders, including senior decision makers within clients.
  • A confident and compelling presenter, able to communicate ideas, plans and recommendations at all levels.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% with some international travel
