Digital Marketing Lead

The Global Marketing Management team is searching for a Digital Marketing Lead to translate and execute value propositions into digital strategies. This leadership position is part of our Global Marketing Management Team and reports to the head of Marketing for Intralox.

  • Drive B2B global digital marketing strategy and translate value statements to impact customer decisions.
  • Lead a first-class digital team that includes web, strategy and analytics, social, and development and the ongoing email platform integration and optimization work.
  • Execute on commercial critical success factors and a deep understanding of customer acquisition and conversion in both a sales and marketing context.
  • Partner with marketing leadership, team members, and commercial groups across the organization to strategize, develop, and execute digital marketing solutions to support business objectives.
  • Create a performance tracking framework and use results to surface critical insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Set up performance metrics that align with the company and departmental goals; analyze performance, synthesize data, and make clear recommendations to marketing and non-marketing audiences.
  • Collaborate on cross-departmental digital strategy with IT, Digital Services, and Customer Experience to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in marketing or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Current career focus with 6+ years in B2B digital marketing with fluency across all digital disciplines, including marketing automation, analytics, content management, social media, and paid search.
  • Effectiveness in people management and leading change in a dynamic environment.
  • Communication effectiveness with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Ability to make recommendations to non-marketing audiences.
  • Experience bridging business and technical requirements and communicating effectively to stakeholders in an array of contexts.
  • Proven track record implementing new technologies with a measurable return.
  • CMS (Kentico Kontent), CRM (Dynamics 365 preferred), Marketing Automation (Marketo preferred), Data Visualization/Reporting (Power BI preferred), Google Analytics, Brightcove, etc.
