Assistant Program Manager - 1489

Summary
The MIL Corporations seeks an Assistant Program Manager to support a Federal Government client in St. Louis, MO. The Assistant Program Manager will provide on-site support of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Next NGA West (N2W) IT Military Construction (MILCON) Team.

Responsibilities
• Provide project planning and execution support to the on-site Program Manager
• Assist with day-to-day operational aspects of the project
• Review deliverables prepared by the team
• Ensure project documents are complete, current and appropriately stored
• Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis
• Facilitate team and client meetings
• Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion
• Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change

Required Qualifications
• AA/AS and 5 years of relevant experience (BA/BS desired)
• Knowledge of NGA mission and organization
• Experience with quality control of data
• Experience with strategic planning
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and organization skills
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to interface professionally with individuals at all levels and communicate effectively with project staff and other team members
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
