Intralox, L.L.C. has a Project Coordinator position available within the Commercial Operations Group. This role is charged with managing continuous improvement projects with a global and cross-departmental footprint originating in Intralox's award-winning Customer Service department.

The Project Coordinator is responsible and accountable for the successful execution of all activities associated with bringing the project to completion. Areas of ownership include maintaining project scope, adhering to the project schedule, and partnering with IT project managers to ensure a successful implementation.

The ideal candidate for this position is an organized thinker, fast learner, and strong facilitator who brings superior communication and interpersonal skills.

The position is based in Intralox's Harahan, LA location.

  • Actively manage projects by monitoring progress, coordinating cross team activities, and proactively identifying and resolving potential resource or process conflicts
  • Provide project leadership, guidance, and updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Work with technical writers to create project documentation and training
  • Identify project risk and develop plans for risk mitigation
  • Assess project implications systematically and champion interdepartmental projects
  • Collaborate and coordinate with various team members including but not limited to Customer Service reps, Business Analysts, and IT project managers
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Bachelor's Degree in business related field
  • Project coordination experience and usage of project management tools
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft SharePoint, and ERP (e.g. Oracle) is preferred
  • Credible; able to develop strong relationships within the team and across departments
