**This position can be performed currently from a remote location in the U.S. but may require presence in a Freddie Mac office in the future.**
Our Impact:
Our team is responsible for providing quality loan processing by reviewing files for adherence to underwriting standards and ensuring completeness of submissions by seller/servicers. We work closely across divisional lines to ensure timelines are met, all necessary documents are provided, and issues are identified and corrected so an informed decision can be made on the risk profile of a loan.
Your Impact:
  • Work closely with internal and external customers to ensure quality service including obtaining any necessary documentation.
  • Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts and techniques.
  • Provide resolutions to an assortment of problems.
  • Work under normal supervision.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to see and recognize issues.
  • Typically has 2-4 years related experience.
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and create a positive attitude within the team.
  • Ability to follow existing processes yet challenge those processes when appropriate.
  • Must be self-motivated.
