Office Manager

Job Summary/Company: Sparks has partnered with a fast growing tech start up that is looking to bring an Office Manager onboard to assist in managing their office operations. This person will be responsible for facilitating all operational aspects within the office; deliveries, equipment ordering and inventory, office events, etc. as well as manage a team of Receptionists. *This position will require you to go onsite 5 days a week

  • Assist and oversee the all operational activities within the office
  • Manage a small team of Receptionists
  • Assist in office meetings and events as necessary
  • Take deliveries and organize outgoing mail
  • Assist with checking in visitors and monitor contract badges
  • Assist with checking temperatures and enforce mask usage
  • Order lunches as necessary
  • Keep up with supply inventory

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 1 + yr experience managing an office
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Flexible to work in a fast-paced, start up environment and a willingness to help out in any capacity necessary
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be willing to go onsite in the office 5x a week
