Talent Acquisition Strategist

Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a language education technology and publishing company that is seeking a Talent Acquisition Strategist to join their growing team. Responsibilities:
  • Create and support employee engagement efforts including new initiatives, employee surveys, and building a positive work culture
  • Manage and write job descriptions, updating for compliance and accuracy
  • Roll out LMS platform and develop learning curriculum
  • Create and execute learning and development programs to staff
  • Full cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs
  • Develop sourcing strategies to fill hard to find roles and build active pipeline of talent
  • Leverage social media to build employer brand
  • Optimize ATS usage, better leverage tools for candidate/HM experience
  • Work with hiring managers on best practices and improving the candidate experience
  • Evaluate current state of processes and create strategy around talent and competencies

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 5+ years as strategic talent partner
  • Full cycle recruiting experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong knowledge of ATS
  • Understanding of organizational development, training and L&D
  • Experience in an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment a plus
