Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks a Customer Support Analyst to support a Federal Government client at our Charleston, South Carolina location. The Help Desk Analyst will provide customer support help desk services for financial operations, and provide financial system and business process analyst support by phone and email to customers at overseas missions and domestic bureau offices. On-the-job training will be provided to familiarize the Analyst with the software and systems to be supported.

Responsibilities
• Track and document customer inquiries
• Report metrics to track performance
• Manage e-mail inbox and voicemail
• Assist embassies, Consulates, Government Agencies, Bureaus, and internal customers
• Provide front line phone support
• Draft and edit e-mail broadcasts, system interruption and software release notices to worldwide management staff

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
• 2 years of professional experience, 3 years desired
• Customer Service/Help Desk experience
• Experience providing technical support in a high-volume call center or performing help desk support for large complex financial systems
• Knowledge of Federal Accounting/Financial Management policies, practices, operations, and procedures
• Ability to multi-task and logically troubleshoot software and complex system applications using advanced analytical skills and critical thinking
• Ability to quickly learn with little guidance
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work collaboratively with managers, peers and customers to elicit information

Desired Qualifications
• Functional expertise and experience in Federal accounting policies, practices, operations, and procedures
• Experience with Momentum Financials and Global e-Travel (GeT) software
• Experience with MS Share Point
• Experience providing Financial Systems technical training in a classroom environment
• ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems experience

Education
Bachelor's in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field

Clearance
