43 percent of the workforce is bored at work, according to a 2016 Udemy for Business report. The reason this is a major issue is that some of the highest-performing companies are fueled by people who love what they do.

Studies continue to find that millennials are particularly disengaged at work. And, if you're anything like millennials, you want to feel fulfilled, as though you're making some sort of difference in the world.
